What will my mattress feel like?

Our mattress is built to provide you with the best night’s sleep. As individual needs may vary, our mattress come with an array of selection- whether you prefer firm, soft or something in-between we can make your dreams come true while ensuring the healthiest level of support and sound sleep.

Should I ever flip my mattress over?

We recommend not flipping the mattress over as each mattress has been tailored to your needs.  The top side of the mattress is personally constructed for every client, and for that reason we recommend keeping the white fabric side of the mattress face up and the gray side face down.

Should I ever rotate my mattress?

Our handmade mattresses are built to last,  however the choice is up to you. Rotating the mattress will increase the lifespan of the mattress, and will result in the same great night’s sleep! Please note rotating a dual-comfort mattress for couples will switch the personalized sides of the mattress.  


How do I choose the correct mattress?

Evolve comfort has developed a unique online survey which you can fill out to receive the best recommendations for your personal requirements. The survey determines your personal needs by using our cutting-edge sleep algorithm.

Will I need to break-in my mattress?

Yes, typically it takes a few days for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes, the materials of the mattress will adapt to your needs providing you with the desired effect.

What are the available Evolve Comfort mattress sizes and dimensions?

The mattress sizes and dimensions offered can be found below. Please note since each of our mattresses our designed to order, dimensions can slightly vary by 1” on any side.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment options such as; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, Cheques, etc.

Can I finance my mattress?

Currently we do not have any financing options available, but we will be considering it in the future!


How can I keep my mattress clean?

We recommend using a protector, if you do not have one and need to clean your mattress, you can take it to any local carpet or upholstery company to clean.

How should I store my mattress?

We recommend storing your mattress on a flat surface.

How can I protect my mattress?

To safeguard your mattress, we recommend using a proper bed frame, mattress protectors and airing out your mattress occasionally.


Where do you ship?

We ship Canada wide within 5 to 7 business days, but an extra charge will occur outside the Greater Toronto Area.

Where will my Evolve Comfort Mattress be made?

All mattresses are made in Canada and sent to you directly from our manufacturing plant.

What if I need to update my shipping address?

If your shipping address needs to be updated, please contact us immediately via email or phone to ensure your mattress is sent to the correct address.


How can I initiate my return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can initiate a return within 101 nights of receiving your mattress. However, we recommend you to use the mattress for at least 30 nights before returning. To begin the return process please contact us at

What is the 101 Night Sleep Trial work and how does it work?

The 101 night sleep trial is our purchase protection which comes with every mattress. This provides you with the peace of mind, that in case the mattress doesn’t suit you and complement your lifestyle, you can return it for a full refund within the trial period.

When will I receive my money back from the refund?

Once we have received the mattress and confirmed that the mattress is in proper shape a refund will be issued. It typically takes 5 – 7 business days for the credit to be visible back onto the original form of payment.

What happens to returned mattresses?

When a mattress is returned to our manufacturing facility we do our best to place the lightly used mattress with a charity or not-for-profit organization. In the case we are unable to donate the mattress, we dispose it in an environmentally responsible manner.


My new mattress smells, is this normal?

The new materials in the mattress may cause it to smell for the first few days. Rest assured, this smell is harmless and can be thought of as a new bed odor. The smell will disappear within a few days.

Is my mattress child safe?

Yes, all Evolve Comfort mattresses are child safe.

Will my custom mattress provide spinal support?

Although each mattress varies in build, each mattress provides the optimal level of spinal support to ensure both a healthy and good night’s sleep. With our ASTT (anti-stress and anti-tiring) technology we ensure your mattress will provide you optimal comfort.
